Simple OSPF Routing Protocol Configuration Single Area Using Packet Tracer Cisco Router

In this Topology we are going to see how to configure simple OSPF Routing Protocol with single area and three cisco routers.

Configure IP address to all interfaces in routers and PC, we directly go for OSPF Configuration

In Router R1,

 R1(config)#router ospf 1
 R1(config-router)#network area 0
 R1(config-router)#network area 0

In Router R2,

R2(config)#router ospf 1
R2(config-router)#network area 0
R2(config-router)#network area 0

In Router R3,

R3(config)#router ospf 1
R3(config-router)#network area 0
R3(config-router)#network area 0

Configure Roter ID in each router if you want, Router ID is used to identify the router
Command for Router ID Config,

In Global Config Mode,
